We take great care to ensure that every saree delivered meets our quality standards. However, if you receive a product with any issue, please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects, damage, or incorrect product received.

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must be: Clear and unedited

Shot continuously from opening the sealed package, showing the shipping label clearly

Non-Returnable Items

Sarees once used, washed, altered, or worn are not eligible for return.

Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.

Products bought during sales, discounts, or clearance are non-returnable and nonrefundable unless damaged or incorrect product received.

Return Process

Share the unboxing video and images of the issue via WhatsApp/Email.

Our team will review the request within 2–3 working days.

If approved, we will arrange a return or provide return instructions.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued as:

Original payment method (as applicable)

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
