– All confirmed orders are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
– Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next working day.

2) Delivery Time
– Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days across major cities in India.
– Remote or village areas may take an additional 2 to 3 days, depending on courier service availability.
– We always strive to ensure your parcel reaches you on time and in perfect condition.

3) Shipping Charges
– We are happy to offer Free Shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value required.
– There are no hidden or extra delivery fees.
– Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.

4) Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number and link from our courier partner.
You can:
– Track your order directly through the courier website, or
– Log in to your Senhoras account on www.hellosenhoras.com to view your order status anytime.

5) Packaging & Handling
Every item is carefully folded, inspected, and packed with protective layers to prevent damage during transit.
We use eco-friendly and sturdy materials to ensure your saree arrives safely and beautifully presented.

6) Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure your address, pin code, and contact number are correct before placing the order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

7) Delays
While we always work with reliable delivery partners, unexpected delays may occur due to:
– Weather conditions
– Public holidays
– Courier service disruptions
In such cases, our team will keep you informed and assist you promptly.

8) Damaged or Open Parcel
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it.
Instead:
1. Take a photo or short video of the package.

We’ll review and arrange a suitable resolution at the earliest.

9) International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India.
We accept international orders and plan to begin international delivery soon, allowing our global customers to experience the beauty of Senhoras sarees.
