  • Customized or made-to-order sarees may take 5–10 business days for processing.

  • We ship across India.
  • International shipping is available on request (charges & delivery time vary by country).
  1. Shipping Charges
  • International Orders:
    • Shipping charges are calculated based on destination and weight.
  1. Estimated Delivery Time
  • Domestic (India):
    • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
    • Other locations: 5–7 business days
  • International:
    • 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

We work with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your sarees.

  1. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
  • You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s website.
  1. Delivery Attempts
  • Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
  • If the customer is unavailable or delivery is refused, the order may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges will apply for returned orders.
  1. Packaging
  • All sarees are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • We ensure secure and hygienic packaging.
  1. Delayed or Lost Shipments
  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us.
  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier partner and provide a replacement or refund as per resolution.
  1. Incorrect Address
  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  1. Damaged During Transit
  • If you receive a damaged package, inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product for verification.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
