1. Cancellation Window

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, only if the product has not been shipped.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel, please provide:

• Order number
• Name
• Reason for cancellation (optional)

We will confirm the cancellation within 1 business day.

3. Cancellation After Shipping

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it after delivery (see Returns section).
• If delivery is refused at the time of receipt, standard return/charge rules apply.

4. Cancellation Fees

• Free cancellation if requested within the cancellation window and before shipping.
• If cancellation is requested after processing but before shipping, a processing fee of 5–10% may apply (to cover handling and packaging costs).
